We offer Stand Up Paddle (SUP) lessons on flatwater and whitewater with our equipment, or you can BYOB (bring your own board). Check out our schedule for SUP fitness and yoga classes, kids programs and races on the Ottawa River. Take your paddling inside with us over the winter in Ottawa's Westend warm water SUP pool.

Floating Yoga 

Bring body, mind, and spirit together in this nature filled floating yoga class. This class does not involve any paddling - boards are anchored to a line close to shore or in the pool.

Get off the mat and get on board! This class is designed for those that want to paddle and do yoga.  We will start off on the land with paddling instruction before we paddle off to our water studio where we will anchor for a nature-inspired yoga class and finish with a paddle back.     

Relax and unwind after a long day with a sunset yoga or manifest under moonlight with a Full moon class.
