We offer Stand Up Paddle (SUP) lessons on flatwater and whitewater with our equipment, or you can BYOB (bring your own board). Check out our schedule for SUP fitness and yoga classes, kids programs and races on the Ottawa River. Take your paddling inside with us over the winter in Ottawa's Westend warm water SUP pool.

Want to UP your SUP game and have a blast doing it? Join other like minded individuals for these fun programs run under the guidance of Stand up paddle Athlete & Coaches Harmony Dawn & Dan Gavere.


SUP Immersion 

This program combines elements of ALL our programs. Each week will focus on a new activity to develop Stand Up Paddleboarding skills.

  • Intro to Stand Up Paddleboarding

  • Advanced Skills & Safety

  • Exploring the various types of SUP (Racing, Fitness, Yoga and Touring)

  • Paddling all types of boards (race, tour, inflatable, tandem)

  • Riverside Beach Party -Social  

PREREQUISITE:  None - this program is geared for those who have little to no experience.  

                   We also offer a women's only version of this program called SUP Sisters ( our most popular program) 

COST: $225+tax.   Includes %50 off rental of stand up paddle boards when you are in the program 

EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENTS: We will provide all equipment (boards, paddles, leashes, PFDs).  If you have a lifejacket you love, bring it - otherwise we have you covered.

WHAT TO BRING: Clothing for all types of weather conditions. Paddlers should wear clothes they are comfortable getting wet in (swimsuit, shorts, etc.), sunscreen, hat, towel, and water bottle.

July 3-7th  1 week - everyday 8:00am-9:30am  Ottawa River West-Nepean

July 5-August 2th, 5 weeks, 8:00pm-9:30pm Wednesdays, Riverside Beach, Carleton Place 

Women's Only  SUP Sisters offered at 9:30am in Ottawa and  5:45pm in Carleton Place
